Hi. We’re Charleston Your Home (CYH), a boutique real estate agency specializing in the Charleston, SC real estate market. We escaped the big agency way of doing things and created our own path. It’s allowed us to be more nimble, more consumer-centric, more efficient, and more effective. Some say going broker-owner is risky business but at CYH it’s been an exciting and rewarding time. We were at a point where we needed the autonomy and the flexibility to turn on a dime, the ability to adopt new technologies, tools and approaches quickly, without corporate consensus.
