Diane Szoke Here’s the Scoop…. A native New Yorker who found her way to the Heart of the South in Charleston, SC and is loving every minute of it! Caught the Real Estate bug when I worked on the marketing, sale and management for a prestigious Fortune 200 company, which included the famed Grand Central Station. Cut my marketing teeth for 16 years in the branding/marketing biz, as General Manager of an international branding consultancy headquartered in NYC. Had the privilege of working with some of the best and brightest creative minds on some of the most recognized brands in the world. Viagra anyone? I’m really good at seeing the big picture with an ever-watchful eye for the details. I really love social media because it’s an approach to marketing that’s fun, daring and savvy. Carolyn Dubrofsky Carolyn started her extensive real estate career as a commercial REALTOR® in New York in 1980. After three years in commercial real estate she went to law school, passed the bar, and worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the State of Massachusetts, practicing Criminal Law. Carolyn moved to Charleston over eight years ago and was a substitute teacher in the Mount Pleasant schools for two years. Missing the world of business she become a loan officer, which gave her insight and knowledge into the financing side of real estate. Carolyn has lived and remodeled properties in New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Missing the “art of the deal” she became a licensed residential real estate Broker with Keller Williams in 2005. After meeting Diane Szoke they formed their own agent team. In 2007 Carolyn and Diane pursued their dream of opening up their own boutique real estate agency and Charleston Your Home was born. Carolyn’s background in real estate, the law, mediation, negotiation, and financing have solidified her understanding of the real estate business. Maureen Cody Maureen relocated to Charleston, South Carolina from the Northeast in 2005 - she had enough of the snow and her two daughters wanted to attend The College of Charleston. She and her daughters love the Charleston area and the better quality of life. This year Maureen was blessed with a beautiful granddaughter and is enjoying her new role of grandmother!. Maureen has over 30 years of business experience that encompasses marketing, management, sales, education, technology, and real estate. Maureen's unique background enables her to provide exceptional home sales and buying experiences for her clients. Maureen is active in the community, is the Past President of the Zonta Club of Charleston (www.zonta.org), and is involved with ALS fundraising in memory of her brother Brian Cody. This year Maureen was blessed with a beautiful granddaughter and is enjoying her new role of grandmother!. Jerry Weaver Jerry Weaver knows the Lowcountry well. Born in Charleston and raised in Mt. Pleasant, Jerry brings many years of sales experience and know-how to the closing table. Before his current position with Charleston Your Home, Jerry worked for AgentOwned, Carolina One and Prudential Real Estate. Before Real Estate Jerry worked for years at MUSC, Patterson and Thompson Dental Supply, and was a Student Representative at the Dental College of MUSC. Jerry loves his wife and two wonderful children. Jerry and his family belong to Christ Our King Church and COK/SM School. Jerry loves surfing and is a member of the Surfrider Foundation.

Nancy Hawkins I relocated to Charleston from NJ in 1999. Growing up at the “shore” brought me to Charleston’s spectacular ocean and waterway beauty and never-ending activities. My son graduated from the College of Charleston. Charleston is home for me. Most of my career development was in corporate management with Nortel, Merck; consulting for AT&T and Lucent. I transitioned to sales 10 years ago. Service has always been my specialty, and helping clients fulfill their dreams offers the greatest rewards.
