Diane first caught the real estate bug while working in the Property Development Division of a prestigious Fortune 200 company. Responsible for the marketing, sale and management of their substantial property holdings in New York City and Westchester County, including the famed Grand Central Station gave Diane a solid foundation, and understanding of the development process. When the company relocated to Cincinnati, Diane decided to remain in New York to pursue her second passion - marketing. As General Manager of an international branding consultancy based in New York, Diane not only worked on some of the most recognized global brands, but was able to utilize her previous real estate experience by managing multiple leasehold improvement projects totaling over $5 million dollars, including site selection, lease negotiations, design, vendor/contractor relations and budgets.

During the late 1990’s Diane and her family came to Charleston while on vacation, and fell in love with it’s Southern charm, rich history and miles of beautiful beaches. After returning year after year Diane and her family decided to finally relocate, and have made Mount Pleasant their home.

Diane acquired her South Carolina real estate license and worked in the Mount Pleasant office of Keller Williams. It was there that Diane met Carolyn Dubrofsky and together they formed the their own agent team. After two years with Keller Williams Diane and Carolyn decided to pursue their dream of opening up their own boutique real estate agency and Charleston Your Home was born.

Diane’s extensive marketing background and expertise at researching all the latest technology and marketing trends provides Charleston Your Home clients a dynamic and successful Internet marketing plan, a must in today's complex, fast moving marketplace. Diane’s commitment to technology is evidenced by her e-Pro® Certified Internet Professional designation. She is also committed to promoting environmentally friendly sustainable housing and is in the process of completing her ECO-Broker designation.
