The pace on Sullivan’s Island is slow, slower and slowest. Children ride their bikes in the streets, and play until sundown at the community park. Beach cottages built in the early 1900’s mingle with the current day beachfront homes, making the look of Sullivan’s distinctive in the area. Commercial activity is strictly limited on Sullivan's Island and there are no condo complexes to be found. There are approximately 2000 year round residents plus a few summer residents.

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
